Very impressive and colorful presentation. Some of it reminds me of an article that I had written for The Times of India.
All I want to say is that if dissatisfaction at work is of an intense and chronic nature, one may have to change their occupation. Since there are so many fishes in your presentation, can you imagine a fish continuously out of water? That kind of restlessness requires a deeper remedy (The deeper the water, the calmer the surface).
There is a lot of difference between doing the work that you enjoy and enjoying the work that you do.
