No, no, no. Come on, man. You should provide some training schedule to cope with new changes. It's not just today's HR; some sort of motivation and training will definitely help employees adjust to the changes.

Hi,

It is really good.

Hey, can you please help me? I am working in a partnership company that manufactures fire equipment. We have 85 employees in our Head Office. The problem is that our company's HR person resigned with immediate effect, and suddenly management has decided to hand over all HR responsibilities to me. I don't know anything about HR; I am basically in the Purchase department. I am just a 23-year-old girl who has recently taken my T.Y.B.Com exam. I don't want to lose this opportunity. Can you please advise me on what to do? My email ID is shubhada@newage-india.com.

Regards,
Shubhada

Really too good, thanks so much for posting.

I set up a casual talk with my HR team, consisting of 6 HR professionals serving 700 employees in an IT company. We all understand the story situation and agree without any minor disagreements.

Thanks again, and keep posting.

it was a nice story but true one because no doubt we are getting so much involved in processes that happiness and creativity is lost. Thanks for sharing!!! Shaesta

Dear PVQ,

Your photo inspired me a lot, so I have worked on it to make it collective and memorable. It is a reality that all of us make a simple organization into a complex one, so that a simple man cannot understand how to do business. No one works for the organization, but all work for themselves just from 8 to 5 hours.

I think you will like it, so I am sharing it with our forum. Please take a look and share your views.
