The number of replies will tell you exactly how many treat jobs as the glass ball and the rest (especially the family) as rubber ones. The other day, I overheard a conversation between three young men who had come back from an early morning cycle ride and were having a cup of tea from the local bakery. The two married ones were questioning the sagacity of getting married as they were not able to devote more time to their jobs and spent time at clinics because of the children.

Fantastic....

He reached the position of CEO because he thinks like this. Most of the people in management get retired by a position one or two ranks higher from the rank on which they were recruited because they try to become a good manager. The definition of a good manager is someone who can take extra work from their juniors without giving them extra pay and rest.
