Salary Increment Report For 2008

Hi All,
Is there anyone who has salary increment report for 2008. As per my knowledge this year % of increment given in IT Sector is very less. I want brief about it.
Last year we had report from hewitt Associates but this year i didnt see any report. Can anyone help in this regard.
