Job Profile:
To receive, greet and direct persons and telephone calls to the concerned department in order to maintain smooth flow of communication and interaction within & with persons, establishments outside the company.To assist Managers and Admin staff in performing secretarial and administrative work in order to achieve work accomplishments in time.
Candate Profile:
Educational Qualifications and Certifications:
Graduate in any discipline. Certificate/Diploma course in secretarial practices and computers an added advantage.
Functional Skills:
Telephone handling. Computer keyboard handling with knowledge of MS Office. Operates office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and binding machines. The receptionist needs to perform duties, including keeping an eye on who comes and goes at the same time an eye on the reception area and guest rooms. Receptionists have to ensure that the appointment books are well maintained and coordinated. Trilingual: English, Hindi, Gujarati.
Behavioral Skills:
Effective verbal communications and listening skills. Enthusiastic and pleasant.
Total Years of Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
