Any Amendment To Epf Act1952?

hi everyone,
Is there any amendment to epf act 1952 , which states EPF would be applicable to all factories and establishments employing more than 20,thereby reducing to 10?

No there is no such amendment till date in the Provident Fund with regard to coverage on 10 employee, if you wish to cover your establishment you can opt for voluntarily coverage.
Further there is a new amendment/notification in P.F. that No pf will be deducted on leave encashment. I am enclosing the letter from P.F. deptt.

one more thing is there...it is not amendment...bt new clause that if u want to withdraw ur PF then SSN form required to be filled up along with form NO. 19 & 10C
