Hi,
First of all, I would like to know, why you took up HR?
This is not any kind of question to offend you, but this will help you in finding a purpose or objective of doing MBA.
According to my opinion, I would suggest you to take up a job after MBA. Work for at least 2 years, get a feel of HR field, then you can decide, where and in which area of HR you fit better and interest you, then you may think of doing a certification course or further PhD level specialization in HR.
Thanks,
Vidhya

mani aim of HR MBA is to get into hr field specifically for things other than only recruitment...
like post M&A work, T&D, developments sections in OB etc
so i wanted to knw wht courses are offeres as an option after MBA
MBA is getting increasingly tighter in terms of number of mba's coming out ...a lot of them are there
and
i think when we as a nation will grow as a nation HR is going to be the most most important one ..........so its better to be better qualified

Hi,
You could go for PG in HR from Symbiosis: its distance learning but still is good enough.
For specialization post PG/MBA you could do specialised PG programs in T&D ; Performance Management; and Leadership and Change Management from ICFAI

Hi,
You can take a Distance learning program from National Society for Training & Development, New Delhi. They provide comprehensive training and certification, which has good recognition in the Indian Job Market.
Also, there are couple of capsule course being organzed by various private training consultants.
And finally, the best way to start, know & learn real HR is to take up a job and do recruitment. If you are lucky, you might get a role into General HR function, where in you would get exposure to other areas of HR other than recruitment.
HR is a very dynamic & evolving field. What we have in India is just the begining. So, as we move on, as an HR professionals we need to give Indian HR a global face and evolve it to match the world standards.
Kudos!! work for it!! All the very best!

Hi,
One More Thing U Could Is To Professionalise By Taking Exams Of A Recognised Hr Professional Body Perhaps National/international.
Afterwards, U Need To Garner Robust Practical Experience After Which U Then Use Your Valued Experience For Private Practice As A Consultant.
It Is The Level I Wish To Find You.
Cheers
