Form under clra act - required to be filled in and maintained

octavious
I am posting an article on details of the form required to be filled in and maintained under clra act
as usual people are required to just shamelessly down load all files with out rating or without comments.
Be un-courteous and rude, no one will ever know, keep down loading

Dear Octavious and Rajeev,

This information is invaluable. The company got slapped with a labor law violation due to the contractor, and I needed Form 5. The first thing I did was come to CITE HR.
And I wasn't disappointed :)

Thank you.

Dear Octavious,

When your intentions are clear (i.e., to help others), do it without expecting anything in return. People download or not, reply or not, rank it or not, it makes no difference. Just like love is unconditional, your best efforts have become less valuable for the words you have used. If people find it useful, they will for sure value your effort rather than just blast the whole community for the trivial issue. All the good day's work of an executive will not be valued by the boss who talks about results and forgets his associate's effort. On the other hand, the executive expects his superior to acknowledge the efforts, failing which his day goes for a toss. When he continues to work without expecting anything in return, the day he gets the smallest appreciation will be the biggest support and act as a morale booster for him. Do not expect. If you do, make it crystal clear to people to give their views rather than portraying a very negative opinion about the whole aspect.

I must tell you, it is a good effort by you.

Dear Kumaar,

Form V is not required in the case of registration. It is given by the principal employer to its contractor. First, decide which of the State or Central Contract Labour (R&A) Rules are applicable in your case and then obtain the format of Form V from those Rules and issue it to the contractor.

Hi Octavious,

First of all, thank you for sharing such valuable information. I understand your frustration, but what matters most at the end of the day is the knowledge you have shared with a pool of people. It is now up to the people to decide and act wisely upon it. Please keep us updated through your postings or emails.

I hope you can stay calm and resolve this issue wisely from your side. I also kindly request you to add me to your valuable friend list if possible.

Dear Team,

Our client falls under the Central Act, and when we apply for a license, we need to submit Form III instead of Form V. Could you please provide the related notification on this matter?

Thank you.
R.N.Khola
Dear Member,

We have not heard regarding the submission of Form III for obtaining a license. Please upload this form to provide a proper reply on the matter.

Regards, R N KHOLA
