Question For Hr Manager Interview???

Please advise me what would be possible question for HR manager interview?

Hi,
I am working now as a Deputy manager( operation ) of a thermal power plant.I am going to attend an interview as manager.Aybody please help me by giving the tips regurding the various aspects as HR policy,industrial relationship etc.
