Communication Skill - Improve Skills

Dear Sir/ Madam,



Can you suggest me how to improve my communication both Verbal and written.

I have done a lot of mistakes while we talking to others. This was I feel when I alone.



Right now I am working in MNC as a HR executive. I know very well that as a HR should communicate each and everything to others like business, general, community, politics etc...



Nowadays Written communication is very important for the purpose of communicate through by mail against communicator.

Even I have done MBA from one of the reputed institution. It is undertaken by Anna University and i have got 64%.

The following questions are related with my communication problem and kindly solve it with the better solution.

1) What way I can improve my communication?

2) What are things I need to adopt into my career?

3) Is it needed to practice on everyday newspaper?

4) How to improve my memory strength?

5) What are the languages we should know?

In future, I would like to go to abroad for better career this may

happen only we should strong in English.

Basically what you are looking for will come through a LOT OF PRACTICE.
Personally I do not think there are any specific courses to help you out.
Would suggest the following
- It is very important to start thinking in the language you want to speak or write in
- Please take out time and LISTEN to news in English
- Slowly try to speak along with the reader
- Then start writing what he / she is speaking
- Active loud reading of different newspapers will also help
- You should then start writing the same paragraph / matter you have read in your words and continuously check the grammar, spelling, choice of words and composition of sentences.
Should you find this interesting and after practically working it out find it making a difference, let me know, maybe I could give you more tips. :)
