i am doin research on the performnace appraisal system of icici bank if anyone is having any information please i will be very greatful.

All the best for your project. My small suggestion is that never reveal the client name because the project you are doing is confidential for the client and it will put the client in bad taste when the whole forum gets to know..
You could always use the term " A leading bank" instead of the bank name.
