Dear Nidhi,
This is a good start. There is obviously a lot more that one can talk about in a resume. One thing that is important for job-seekers to learn and employers to look out for are - spelling and grammatical errors. In this day of automatic spell checks, there should be no excuse for spelling mistakes. Proper formatting of the resume is another area that would help the resume more effective.
Thank you.

I definitely agree with u Srinivas.
No excuse exists for spelling & grammatical errors...
And candidates should thoroughly study their CV themselves....at times, candidates add points which even they aren't aware about...just for the sake of it..
Thanks
Nidhi

Hi Nidhi,
Thisone is good one. But i personaly fell u must have added more points in this and i would like to bring to your notice that in your second or third slide u have written that a employer go through the resume in 15-20 sec. Infact it take not more than 10 sec to srutinise the entire resume.
But good effort.
:)
