Want The List Of Free Websites For Resume (All Categories)

Dear Friends,

I am working as a recruitment consultant in a leading Saudi-based steel manufacturing company. I am looking to hire people, but my sponsor in Saudi Arabia doesn't allow me to contact a recruitment consultant because they charge a high amount of fees for this. Can anyone guide me on how to visit a popular site to access resumes of engineers and other professionals for free? I am looking for a site that provides a database of resumes for free. I want to hire all categories except administration and HR.

I have no knowledge of any website where you can search for free resumes of professionals, but you can post your vacancies for free on the very famous job site named www.jobstreet.com. Their service is also quite good. Resumes of the interested candidates will be sent directly to your email ID. Just give it a try until you find a source for accessing free resumes.

I don't think you will find a free resume, but you can post free jobs on a few sites. You can try visiting www.firstsalary.com, etc...

I think Vishal Gupta said it right—there's nothing called a free lunch in life. Kuldeep has mentioned a few—though some of which he mentioned aren't free.

While admitting your problem to be genuine, I think the solution you are seeking isn't the right one. There's also another aspect that's very likely to adversely affect this option: the quality of the resumes leading to the quality of the people you will finally fill up the positions. At least that's my experience in the past 10 years into Recruitment—free Job Portals aren't meant for filling up critical positions.

If your concern is about the costs of hiring, suggest looking for alternate Agencies. Had only expensive agencies been able to deliver, there wouldn't be so many successful Consultants around the globe today.
