Interview For HR Cum Admin Position--need Help From Seniors

Hi all,
I have an interview scheduled for HR cum Admin position.
I am currently working as an Admin Executive in IBM India Pvt Ltd.
I have experience in admin but completely a fresher in HR field .
To mention it I have completed my MPM but not gained exp in HR field.
Please help me with the interview preparation, as to what type of questions can be asked by the interviewer.

Dear Kavita,

You have less time to see all the things in just one shight, so go through the books mentioned below:

1. Principles of Management: Here you can read about waht is Management and functions of Management e.g. POSDCORB, Training & Development can be the second discssion part and as you are a fresher and if it is group/panel interview, you must go through the Perfomance appraisal methods e.g. 360 degree, Rating skale, MBO etc.

2. Human Resource Development : In this you can have a look on Organisational Development and Organisational Change, Comensation & Benefits.

3. Labour Legislation: Here you have to be strong. Go through The Factories Act, 1948, Minimum Wages Act, PF & ESIC Act and if you get time you can go through other Acts also. This can be an important part of discussion and not only this time in future the knowledge of Labour Laws will help you to solve lots of legal and labour related issues.

There are 2 things which interviewer asks.
1) What you have shown in CV prepare that thoroughly.
2) look over the co.s profile for which post u r going and how's company's HR working.
As per my thinking these are the best technique.

I have exp. with RANBAXY MAXXIM out sourcing Div. for Direct sales,
Where my job profile is Sr. admin exicutive. In that div. near about 80 TE/TM (treatry excutive, manager) are working.
I am hedling their all activities as sending their e-reporting and other report to HO.
And makeing salery, cheking the expences of te and tm and make the finel report to send to HO, and also make all claims for the firm.
