Gud Name For Induction

Cud any1 suggest a better name for induction.
for eg: Genesis, which means d origin, birth. Induction is initial stage of employee career, so kindly suggest names, tht serves d meaning of induction.

i came across some other names...may be it cud be of sum help to u mahi...
like...renaissance that means rebirth, revival, a life to live..
oddysey meaning journey or trishna which means quest for excellence
or samvedna which means genesis , origin!!

Would suggest to put efforts to make the induction program better rather than the name ...remembering Shakespear "What's in a name"....it can be "Spark" or "Kick-Start" or "Pack-a-Punch" or better still "Induction" itself
