Leave Policy & Id Card Policy - Doc Download

Hi, I am working as part of the HR team in a Courier Company. I have been asked to suggest some Leave Policies as well as an ID Card Policy.
We have a 30 day leave status, i.e, 22 Earned Leaves & 8 Casual Leaves. If some points could be suggested for the same.

CL - 12
SL - 12
CL will get collapased at the end of every year & EL and SL will get carry forward.

This is the leave policy which i follow.

Hi,
Leave policy has to be employee friendly.What I follow in my company is 20 EL's and 7 SL's where SL's will get lapsed end of the year if unused and EL's will get encased end of the leave calender year.

i m going to share leave policy of our organization in an attachment.
id card policy includes every employee are required to putt on ID card in the premises of office.new employees or probationer employees will wear id card of probation (especially design for new employees). once they completed their probation period they will eligible for official ID card.
one who will lost their card will required to pay 60% on first time & 70% at second time .

Please clarify whether casual and employees on contract could also be issued with company identiry card. what is the legal implication of issuing I cards to such employees.

My querry is same as of Mr.Vijay shankar, that whether the casual & employees on contract need to be provided the id cards?

According to me ID card for the Causal & Employee who are on roll is
Necessary so that company have an transparancy.
If differ pls. tell me.

m working apo;;o tyres n wanted to have some viewpoints from my respected seniors that, I have got the project which is very intersting and have to identify the selection process and training needs in that project.
we are basically planning our plant staff to bring out in field.
so the process of identifying to selection to training is what i need to bring out to my team. Anybody who can help me out in this.
will be highly thankful for some bunch of ideas from my seniors.
