EFFECTVE METHOD OF RECRUITING LOWER STAFF

Hi All dear members,
I have to recruit some lower staff like peons, office boys, drivers.
In this type of staff, i am getting problem as they read less newspaper, so the response was not good.
I have asked some drivers for there reference but still not good response.
can you please advise me which other source can be used?

There are some consultancies which provide lower staff , just like house keeping , Drivers etc you can use their services.
Some of the securities services provide such kind of staffing solutions.

give wanted drivers in regional AD in regional newspaper or the other possibility are
1.find drivers in driving institutes recruit them with or without informing the head of that insitiute.
2. give wanted in palmlets or leaflets and send through regional newspapers.
3. contact by taking their names from RT offices.
for peons or for office boys
1.target vocational students or coresspondent students in open universities
and
2.middle class people who r requiring for that job

hi swetha.. i read ur problem
the soultion is here..
u may having security guards more than the requirment, so those who r not necessary for security system take and tallk to them about urgent requirement of drivers .
give them time say about 3 months to learn car driving and after they learning give them the allowance which they spent on learning driving . in this way u can have good drivers.
or
if they know driving hire them.

Hi,
There are agencies that provide you cars on hire. Try speaking with them, you may be lucky. OFCOURSE, Always, get a background check done and have your documentation done properly. You may end up spending a bit more than normal, but it may just be worth it against the time you save.
