I have joined this new organization in publishing industry in Gurgaon. We have a strenght of about 125 employees (40 Junior staff with lesser salary & rest executive staff).
I have drafted some policies here i.e; Leave policy, Business Travel Policy, Recruitment Policy, Manpower Planning Policy, Incentive Policy (for the sales staff), Induction Policy, Probation & Confirmation Policy, Separation Policy, Performance Appraisal Policy, Compensation & Benefits Policy.
Please let me know in case I have missed out on some policy.
Also,
I would request the seniors to give me some tips on how to win confidence of the staff as an HR Manager and how to effectively implement these policies.
