I am new to this forum. Please give me the guidelines for Form No. 19 ,10C & 10D of withdrawal of P.F.?

Thanks for your reply.
If a employee have already completed age of 58 year and still in the service deducting his p.f. pension.
How to withdraw his P.F. & Pension ?
