Help -Appointment Letter With Bond Terms!

Hi Everyone!
I need an help in preparing an appoinment letter which states that the candidate is in bond for 3 years and in this three years a small amount of his salary would be kept with the company which shall be reimbursed after his bond period.

Hello everyone,
this is my first time using this side and i am hoping u cud help me to write a letter stating that our agency will have a bond fee for those accepted applicants that will withdraw from the job offer,,,,
please help..
