Forms To Be Maintained Under Shops & Establishment Act

Can u pls advise the list of forms to be maintained under labour law and whether the forms can be downloaded from website, if so the name of the website.

you need to have
contract labour registaration
shop and establishment registration,
form j for attendence
equal wages register
abstract of gratuity
abstract of minimum wages
bonus register
esi compliance for 3a and 6a and form 7
pf register

If your r in chennai, kindly go to "Sitaram and Co." shop which sells all statutory related documents. There ask for forms, they will give all set of one forms.
