PF KYC verification under process - There is even no option to delete the pending KYC

Dear Team, As you know, it will first be verified for bank KYC in the PF portal. After that, it will reach to the employer for approval.
However, we see that the bank's KYC has not been verified for the last three months.
Employees facing trouble with withdrawal.
When he puts a grievance, he does not have a solution. He also contacted the bank and said his KYC was done there.
So can you please suggest what we should do?
Because such problem can happen with my two employees.
There is even no option to delete the pending KYC. An employee can not link another KYC until his pending KYC gets verified.
