Hi all, Can anyone share the bonus criteria and KRAs for the Recruitment Head? I need specific pointers for bonus criteria and weightage as per IT organization norms.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the Recruitment Head

The two important KRAs for the Recruitment Head could be:

a) The number of recruitments completed within the specified turnaround time, and
b) The number of recruitments done below the average cost per recruitment.

The high or low weights of the KRAs will depend on the importance your organization attaches to the orientation of the KRAs: timeliness or the cost.
