Partnership firm: Is it feasible to assign a CEO with a partnership business designation, and is it feasible for us to provide two CEOs?

We have two managing partners here, and our business is a partnership firm. Their sons will support the business. One will be designated CEO (Commercial), while the other will be designated CEO (Technical).

In a partnership kind of constitution, you can assign any designation to your partners. However, the word CEO implies "Chief" Executive Officer, and there cannot be two CEOs. Depending on their skills, one partner can be given the position of CTO (Chief Technical Officer), COO (Chief Operations Officer), CFO (Chief Finance Officer), CPO (Chief Personnel Officer), etc.

I appreciate your suggestion. There is a conflict between two of them; they both needed CEO designations. Therefore, I intended to appoint one as CEO (Technical) and another as CEO (Commercial). Is this the right way?

It is a funny management. Okay, since it is a partnership firm and not a company, you should designate them as CEO (Tech) and CEO (Commercial) to keep both of them content.
