Recently i have joined in a realestate company. Where the company follows social media recruitment process for hiring the employees. I have been trying for the new methods for social media recruitment. So i request to please suggest me the best creative process for attracting the candidates through social media.

And the positions are
1. Senior Marketing Directors
2. Senior Team Leaders
3. Senior Marketing Heads
4. Senior President and Vice President

All these openings are for Realestate company. I sincerely request you to suggest me the best ways for closing these openings.

You can use all the social medias to find a talent but personally I feel; Linkedin is the best one to find.
Other then that you can use, whatsapp, telegram, facebook, instagram, company's own pages on social media.

Use employee referral methods, this is also the most effective way to get good candidates.
