Three years ago, I worked in a manufacturing company (non-IT experience) for two months. During that time, I contracted COVID-19 and was unable to go to the office for one month. Consequently, they terminated my employment. I have documentation such as PF records, offer letter, two months' pay slips, termination email, my response email (though not in perfect English), and a COVID-19 positive certificate. After two months, I joined as a fresher in an IT company where I am currently employed.
I am concerned about my Background Verification (BGV) if I decide to switch jobs, especially in MNCs like TCS, CTS, and Accenture. I am feeling quite depressed as I fear I may not have the opportunity to switch jobs.
