The leave policy is much higher than statutory leave provisions under the Factories Act or S & E Act. I have never come across such a leave policy with any liberal organizations (MNCs or big Indian house).

There is no harm in providing a better leave rule than the statute. But how will the organization prepare the manpower planning considering the leave cover and off cover.
