Appointment letter for 16 year old trainee (below 18 years old) - need a format

Hi.. I want an appointment letter format for a trainee whose age is below 18 years old.

There are a lot of formalities associated with appointing a person of less than 18 years of age. You cannot make a contract with a minor is the major challenge. You have to consult a medical officer in order to appoint an adolescent. At the same time, if you take an Apprentice following the Apprentice Act, you can manage the situation. It can be either for a designated trade or for optional trade. You need to register your establishment under the portal of National Apprentice Training Schemes.

I don't understand why a minor should be engaged ? Yes, you may have your reason, but what is the type of your organisation & applicable act. Pl.examine whether there is a provision permitting a minor for appointment. But you can enter into an agreement with his parent acting as guardian of the minor.
