Old PF (before the existance of UAN number) never linked to my current UAN

Old PF (before the existance of UAN number) never linked to my current UAN or current pf.

I have worked in a company from 2008 till 2013, Worked in a different company from 2015 till 2022. I have never transferred my old pf to my new company which is why my old pf is not linked with my UAN. How do i link it now?
