EPFO message for inactive members - How can these accounts be closed? What else needs to be done?

Hi, We have received below message from EPFO:
"DEAR EMPLOYER, YOUR ESTABLISHMENT xxxxxx, HAS NEITHER FILED ECR NOR MARKED DATE OF EXIT FOR 10 EMPLOYEES. IT IS REQUESTED TO FILE CORRECT ECR FOR ALL EMPLOYEES AND TIMELY MARK DOE OF ALL EXITED EMPLOYEES. -EPFO"
After verifying details, I found that these employees left long ago, 5-10 years before. How can these accounts be closed? What else needs to be done? Please guide.

If you have not exited these ten employees. please do it. They might have left you but you should not have exited them. Please go to dashboard and get the active members, and if you find them in it, exit them.
