Please send PF Form 3 in a revised Excel format for transferring the PF amount from the old account to the new account.

The transfer of funds is now online, and there is no significance for Form 13 (transfer of funds from one PF to another) or Form 3A (Contribution card). However, if the old account is not linked with the Universal Account Number, offline forms can be used. Form 3 should be provided by the employer only. Normally, a photocopy of the Form 3A submitted by the employer along with Form 6A (annual return) is attached for easy reference by the EPFO. If it is not available, you will have to prepare it with the details requested. A PDF of Form 3A is attached.
