Company wants to resign me forcefully, and i am on probation Period - what should I do?

I am Rahul; I am working as a Sr. HR Executive.
The company wants to resign me forcefully, and I am on probation Period, and my notice period of 3 Months; what should I do?
Pls help me.

Hi, When the employer is not willing to accommodate you there is no point continuing with them.

Check your Appointment letter for separation clause. Ensure you that you were given some breathing time ( notice period). Collect proper relieving letter.

Better look for other offers.

Can i claim my notice period Salary ?
