1.) Visit the EPF Member Portal:
Go to the official EPF member portal website (https://www.epfindia.gov.in) using a web browser on a computer or mobile device.

2.) Click on "For Employees":
On the homepage, look for the "For Employees" section and click on it.

3.) Select "Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTCP)":
Under the "Services" menu, select "Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTCP)."

4.) Enter UAN and Password:
Enter your Universal Account Number (UAN) and the password that you have. If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link.

5.) Forgot Password Recovery:
If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it by following these steps:

a. Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page.
b. Enter your UAN and captcha code, then click on "Submit."
c. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Since you've lost your mobile number, this step will be problematic.

6.) Contact EPF Helpdesk:
Given that you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, it's crucial to contact the EPF helpdesk for assistance. They will guide you on how to update your mobile number and recover your account. You can reach out to them through one of these channels:
Toll-Free Helpline: Call the EPFO toll-free helpline at 1800-118-005.
Email Support: Send an email explaining your situation to employeefeedback@epfindia.gov.in.
Visit the Regional EPF Office: You can also visit your regional EPF office in person for assistance. Make sure to carry relevant identification documents and your UAN.

7.) Update Your Mobile Number:
Once you've regained access to your account with the help of EPF authorities, update your mobile number through the portal to ensure secure access to your account in the future.
