I have one question for all the HRs available here. I was absent from my jobs two times in the year 2018 due to some personal reasons. Due to the absences, I didn't ask for any relieving or experience letter at that time and didn't include these two companies' details in my work experience. Back then, the BGV check was not that strict, and companies didn't refer to UAN job history. However, nowadays, almost every MNC conducts strict BGV checks, so concealing any employment from the resume or BGV team is not feasible.
So my question is, can I request the two employers from whom I was absent to issue relieving and experience letters and provide a positive BGV report if any potential employers opt for a BGV check? Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
