Books or Courses for Payroll and Comp and Ben

Hi I'm a HR professional with 6 years of experience majorly into Talent Acquisition. I wanted to get into Payroll and Comp and Benefits profiles as well. What books or courses are recommended to learn since getting a job now in these fields seems challenging without a prior experience

As per my knowledge there might be very limited books on Payroll.
It is advisable to learn the Acts related to Payroll & calculations such as ESI, EPF, PT, IT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus etc which will help in preparing the salary calculations, breakups etc

Besides the statutory aspects like Payment of Wages Act 1936, Minimum Wages Act 1948, Payment of Bonus Act 1965, Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, etc for which you may consult bare acts, you have to read articles on the recent trends in compensation management appearing in HR journals. In you tube you will get short videos on these subjects.
