PF claim rejected - "PAYMENT NOT DEPOSITED BY EMPLOYER, PLS CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER"

I worked in a company for 4 days. I didn't like how they functioned, so I left the company. Now it has been 3 months. I applied for PF final withdrawal as I am employed right now, but the Form 19 and 10C got rejected due to the following reason: Claim Rejected, PAYMENT NOT DEPOSITED BY EMPLOYER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER.

Please advise on what needs to be done here and how to get the claim selected.

You need to check with your ex-employer about this. Also, 4 days of contributions being meager, you can transfer it to the current PF rather than claiming it.
