Hiding short term employment - will my future company catch me through the UAN portal?

dheeraj-nagar
I joined a company on March 20 in a rush without confirming my last working day because they needed an immediate joiner. My last day at the previous company was March 31. Now, 11 days have passed on the UAN portal, which could potentially cause trouble for me. I am considering leaving the new company because prolonged tenure may lead to complications. I plan to submit my resignation and complete the notice period, intending not to include the three months of work experience with this company on my resume.

My concern is: will my future employer detect discrepancies through the UAN portal? If they do, what would be the resolution?

Is there any way to adjust the joining date on the UAN portal with the assistance of the new employer? Upon reaching out to them, they mentioned that the salary for March has been processed, along with the TDS submission, making alterations unfeasible. I seek guidance on this matter.

Hello Nair Ji,

If you don't have time, then why did you reply to me? Who asked you to reply to me?
