Employee removed 15 years back asking for his balance dues - Is there any provision in the act for claiming such an old dues?

15 years back we had removed one of our employee for some unethical activities, on the the humanity ground management decided not to take any legal action against him.

He suddenly appeared now and asking for his balance dues of one month. Fact is we do not have any records of it, since we had a big fire 5 year back in our office.

Is there any provision in the act for claiming such an old dues?

As per the general law of limitation (Limitation Act 1963) any claim for an unpaid amount has to be made within three years. Since by the employee's own admission no claim has been made in the past 15 years, there is no legal need to entertain the claim.
