Job Description is industry/company specific.

We will not be knowing your company belongs to which industry. Being senior level there should be some pre existing roles and responsibilities which you need to use.

Surely the person who set the company up in the first place is the best person to define the duties of this executive.

What JD was used to advertise, interview and select the person in the first place?
