If employee death due to heart attack while on leave

If an employee dies due to a heart attack while on leave, and he had completed more than 6 years in the same organization, what compensations can be claimed from the organization such as Gratuity, ESI, Group Term Life Insurance, etc.? Additionally, what is the maximum amount possible for their dependents to receive? Kindly share the information, please.

The legal heir of a deceased employee is eligible for full and final settlement, PF & Pension, EDLI, Gratuity (directly by the company if not covered under any Group Gratuity scheme), term insurance if any.
