If employee death due to heart attack while on leave

If employee death due to heart attack while on leave , and he was completed 6 year more in the same organization. Now what are the compensations will claim form organization like Gratuty,ESI,Group term life insurance etc, and what amount will maximum possible to receive their dependents , kindly share information please.

Legal Heir of deceased employee is eligible for full and final settlement, PF & Pension,EDLI, Gratuity ( directly by the company if not covered under any Group Gratuity scheme) , term insurance if any.
