None of us work for your organisation, or have any idea what the organisation does. Every organisation operates differently, so there is no standard chart for every organisation.
I can assume the company has a CEO/owner. He/she will have to decide what staff is needed to do various jobs.
So I suggest you talk to them and find out what is in their mind and then draw a chart. As a start up, there is likely to be very few people to begin with, so a formal chart is probably not really necessary at this point. That will come later when the company grows, and chains of command become more evident.
