CGIT-cum-LCs are set up under the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

Our organization is currently under contract and operating at the central spare. However, there are some disputes under the ID Act pending at the state labor court instead of CGIT-cum-LCs. We need guidance on how to transfer these cases from the state labor court to the central labor court.

Is it possible to transfer these disputes, and if so, could you please assist us by providing the necessary supporting notifications?

The law does not provide for any process to transfer from one forum to another forum. The way out is to plead for lack of jurisdiction of the present forum and assert that it is only the other forum which can exercise jurisdiction.
