Declaration of employment in professional/social media

I have left organization after serving complete 3 month notice period.
On last day my manager verbally informed me that they are not going to inform our clients about my seperation. ( Probably later they will inform them that I have absconded).

Suppose if our client get to know about from seperation from my professional/social media post , will there be any legal implication on me?

Much depends upon the new organisation its policies, your current and future job roles. Some are concerned and many are not concerned.
