You need to discuss these matters with the CEO and management team who will decide how their company is to run, what staffing is needed to fulfil the functions they have set out for the company, along with what HR, Sales, Finance, and other functions they will require to meet the vision.
You don't just get this stuff "off the shelf" and implement it as so many people seem to think. Every company is different, and if you do not have the expertise within the company, then you should outsource it to an expert who is experienced in this sort of work.
