Dual employment - when the second company is acquired by current company

Hi, I had dual employment in IT with company ABC and XYZ some 5 years back. Now I have received a offer from Company UVW in which I have mentioned my previous employment with Company XYZ and not disclosed about working with Company ABC.

Now Company ABC acquired Company UVW. Will there be any problem if I join Company UVW.
