You need to prepare Policy based on your company norms.
Arrive at the value of Gift first. Say for Marriage Rs.5000/- or Rs.2500/- and also for child birth.
Then arrive at eligibility criteria. employee should have completed one / two/three/four/five years service with the company to become eligible for the gift.
For child birth decide only for first child or for second child also.
then prepare a policy.
for marriage - Marriage invitation to be submitted; for child birth : birth certificate to be submitted.
