Need Help To Prepare A Client/ Customers Database - XLS Download

I am working in a Security Agency as a HR Manager. Company is providing Security, Housekeeping and various type of manpower supply to many more customers.
I need to prepare a detailed customer database to define and find out many more about the customers in one sheet.
Requesting to you please help to provide a ready made database for download.

I am confused.
You want to build a customer database or a dashboard?
How can you just download the database?

Or do you mean a software that you can download and fill with the relevant information?
