Hi, I want to know what band, designation, experience and salary bracket top companies follow in India. Accordingly, I have to craft bands for my own organization. Can anyone please help me with the same, how I can start the exercise?

My organization size is 50 and we may expand the team size in coming a few months which will go till 70.
