We are an IT establishment located at Madurai, TN.

My query is "How to get registration certification (RC) of my company under Tamilnadu Shop & Establishment Act".

Is it mandatory ?

Is there any online link to register?

It is mandatory to register under the act
You need to get the forms from the act and apply to the concerned officers
