Request for HR letter from ex employee - it is evidenced that for one Quarter ie Q2, there is a gap

One of our ex-employees is requesting an HR letter regarding Form 16 Part A and 26 AS for AY 20-21. It is evident that for one quarter, i.e., Q2, there is a gap (mentioning joining and relieving dates from the company) for the service period. Kindly help me with the details to be mentioned in the letter.

You cannot generate Form 16 (both Part A and Part B) manually; instead, it has to be downloaded from the site of the Income Tax authorities. Form 26AS can be downloaded by the employee themselves from the website of the Income Tax department.
